2024–2025 Season Highlights

The 2024–2025 season was a year of major growth and accomplishment for the LZMW Yeti Hockey Club—both on and off the ice. The club raised its standards, strengthened its culture, and built momentum for the future.

  • New team locker room completed, creating space for game film, team meetings, and board talks.
  • Varsity won the Kings Kup Championship and moved up to the IHSHL-NC Champions Division.
  • Varsity continued improving and won the Varsity Champions B Championship.
  • Varsity finished Top 8 in the State Tournament—the highest finish in club history.
  • JV battled early-season injuries, steadily improved, and finished the season strong.
  • Graduated a large Senior Class of 15 whose leadership pushed the program to new heights.
